Howdy folks.
We've made a change as of April 9th, 2024: Moving forward we'll be charging for email accounts on an individual basis. This'll be reflected on invoices due beyond May 1st.
Each email account will be $1 per month. This change is something we should have implemented many years back as email has, and always has been the largest part of our support burden. Hundreds of devices / versions of software to help with, mitigating spam / phishing / ransomware, and so much more.
The adjustment should help cover increasing costs, improve spam filtering, reduce phishing & improve security alongside offering more storage/backups — we hope to improve on the service in every way.
